The images in Anoop's work often associate as co-passengers with disparate egos in a chance meeting, either inclusive or at loggerheads with each other. He takes the role of a geneticist, to let them cross breed to make a hybrid who may either speak in volumes or at times, question the creator for its identity, adaptability and for its respective habitat.

His solo exhibitions include 'Geometry of Resilience', Sculptures and Paintings at Bombay Art Gallery, Mumbai (2006) and 'Oriental Maze', Gallery Ashok, Amsterdam (2004).
